Releasing Negativity through Journaling
Do you regularly journal? Are you sharing your gratitude for the day? How do you say thanks for opportunities and blessing?
As a regular journal writer, I have written about the negative things in my world, as well as the positive opportunities. Believing that we manifest that which we give attention to, I am now adding how I would want things to be and focusing on that positive piece as opposed to solely writing about the negatives.
Using that concept, let us begin this week with a fresh start, and bring in the 7 Spiritual Laws of Success from Deepak Chopra, M.D. Here are some journal prompts for the week:
Sunday - Pure Potentiality: What is possible in my world? What do I want to happen that has not happened already?
Monday - Giving & Receiving: How can I give something to others, such as kindness, love, or acceptance today, this week, this month, or this year?
Tuesday - Karma: When I freely give kindness, love, or acceptance, what are my expectations?
Wednesday - Least Effort: What positive event did I notice today that required little to no effort on my part?
Thursday - Intention & Desire: What intentions do I have for today, this week, or this month?
Friday - Detachment: What can I let go of today and not think about the outcome?
Saturday - Dharma: How can I live my life in a way that harms none?
