Hi, I’m Heather,

I am a veteran’s wife, and there was a season in my life when I felt exhausted, unhappy, and disconnected from myself. I realized I had been looking outside of myself for joy, peace, and fulfillment—and I knew something needed to change.

So, I followed my heart and began the journey back to myself.

Along the way, I discovered Ayurvedic health, which helped me understand the power of nourishing my body, eating with more intention, and moving in ways that supported my energy. Meditation came next, and it gave me a calm I had never experienced before. It helped me think more clearly, especially during stressful or high-pressure moments.

As my healing journey continued, I was drawn to coaching, yoga, and Laughter Yoga. Each practice helped me reconnect with another part of myself—my body, my breath, my purpose, and my joy.

Through this journey, I discovered that my purpose is to help others along their wellness path.

Today, I integrate mindfulness and laughter into my everyday life, and I feel better about who I am.
